Art Club
I hope all Cascade families have a wonderful summer break and take time to make some art! Remember, art comes in many forms and can be expressed in many ways.
Get outside and use natural materials to create a mandala or radial design. You could even create a natural weaving.
Create a junk mail collage or a comic strip using junk mail.
Practicing the basic skill of sketching every day will help any artist improve their skills, no matter their favorite medium.
Take time this summer to stretch your creative muscles. Collect your work in a portfolio or document it with pictures and share them with me all summer or bring it in when we get back together in August. I am looking forward to it!
