Bennett's Bio
After earning my undergraduate degree from Lipscomb, I worked as an Admissions Counselor for Lipscomb in the banking industry in Chattanooga, TN, and taught in early childhood for 10 years. One of my favorite places on earth has always been in a school. I have a Master's Degree in School Counseling from Lipscomb University. When we moved to Bedford County, I began working with the students at Cascade Middle and soon realized I love middle schoolers!! In August 2020, I began serving as the school counselor at Cascade Middle School in Wartrace, TN. I am proud to be a Cascade Champion. I was married to my husband, Lance, for 30 years. He passed away unexpectedly on May 20th,2025. I have a son, Davidson, a sophomore at Lipscomb University.
