🌯🎉 School Spirit That Makes a Difference! 🎉🌯
#BedfordCountySchools wants to send a huge shoutout to DosBros Fresh Mexican Grill for donating $2,503.62 to our schools through last year’s Spirit Days! 👊
For 16 weeks, families came together to enjoy a meal, show their school spirit and support their schools. That support added up to an incredible contribution across the district!
We are grateful to DosBros for investing in our schools and #students. We appreciate your generosity and continued support of our school communities! 🌯🎉
Great food. Great school spirit. Great community support.

🏫💬 Another Night of Conversation, Questions & Looking Ahead
Last night, families and community members gathered at #LibertySchool for another Town Hall with Superintendent Tim Harwell. He shared more about his background and experience, discussed the importance of public schools and serving our #students, and shared his vision for the future of #BedfordCountySchools.
🎯 Three key goals were highlighted:
📚 Increase early literacy so students are reading on grade level by 3rd grade;
📈 Improve academic performance in middle schools;
🎓 Expand CTE and dual enrollment opportunities to strengthen college and career readiness.
The conversation also included questions about faith-based items in schools, future growth and a future high school near Liberty School, along with discussions about the district’s budget and planning for the future.
Most importantly, these Town Halls are providing an opportunity for families and community members to ask questions, share their perspectives and be part of the conversation about the future of our schools.
🗣️ There are still two more opportunities to meet Mr. Harwell! Check out the graphic for the remaining dates and locations and join us for the conversation!
